ADS vs MLR Dream11 Team Prediction of BBL: Preview | Peter Siddle will not play

Hello and Welcome to our preview for Adelaide Strikers vs Melbourne Renegades match. We are covering ADS vs MLR Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the Big Bash League 2018-19 match. The match is to be played at Geelong Cricket Ground.

Adelaide Strikers are fifth on the points table with two wins and two losses. They won their last match against Sydney Thunder by 20 runs. Batting first, Alex Carey and Colin Ingram played attacking knocks of 59 and 75 respectively to give a target of 176 to Thunder. Peter Siddle starred with the ball taking three wicket haul while Rashid took two wickets to ensure victory for their team. They will hope to register another win tomorrow.

Melbourne Renegades are also having a similar run in the tournament with two wins and two losses to their name. They lost their last match to Melbourne Stars by 7 wickets. Batting first, Sam Harper and M Harvey got starts but could not convert it into a big score. Daniel Christian’s knock of 32 runs led them to a total of 148. With ball also Cameron Boyce was the only positive able to take two scalps. They will hope for a unison effort from all players in upcoming matches.

They have announced 13-player squad for the match. Peter Siddle has rejoined national test squad and Wes Agar replaces him in the squad.

Rashid Khan has decided to play tomorrow’s encounter and has not left for Afghanistan.

Cameron Valente is most likely to replace Peter Siddle in the playing XI.

Alex Carey and Jake Weatherald will open the innings. Colin Ingram, M Short, Jon Wells and Jake Lehmann will follow them.

M Neser, B Laughlin and Billy Stanlake will spearhead the pace attack while Rashid Khan and M Short will be the key spinners

Melbourne Renegades:

They have also announced 13 men squad for the match. Andrew Fekete is replaced by Joe Mennie in the squad.

Sam Harper and M Harvey can open the innings. Cameron White and Tom Cooper will follow them.

Mohammad Nabi and Dan Christian will play the role of allrounders.

Kane Richardson and Usman Khan Shinwari will be the key pacers along with Dan Christian while C Boyce and M Nabi will lead the spin attack.

They are likely to go with same playing XI. However, Joe Mennie can get a chance in place of Jack Wildermuth whose performance yet in the tournament has been lackluster.
