Welcome to our Preview of the 2^nd Semi-final – ADS vs MLR in the Big Bash League. The match will be played at the Adelaide Oval, Adelaide at the home of ADS. This is our prediction of Dream11 Team and probable playing XI for Adelaide Strikers vs Melbourne Renegades.

The second Semi-final of the BBL season is upon us. Quite interestingly none of these two teams have previously played in a BBL final so it will be a first for at least one team.

Adelaide Strikers by virtue of their higher league position have earned a home semi-final fixture. They will sorely miss their opener – wicketkeeper Alex Carey who played many important innings. Much of Strikers hope will rely on the captain Head, Colin Ingram and Rashid Khan.

Renegades have had a few up-downs in this season. The loss of the captain Aaron Finch to national duty has impacted the team. They also kept losing few others. Cameron White is back for this match, which will be a respite. Much also depends on the West Indian duo of Pollards and Bravo.

The team will miss out on the duo of Carey & Stanlake as they are off to national duty. Travis Head returns after the ODI series and will be the captain. Keeper Harry Nielson will make his debut. Peter Siddle returns after a match rest.
