AFGH includes the top bowler in ICC T20I rankings, Rashid Khan who will once again eagerly be watched. Dawlat Zadran will miss out due to injuries and is not included in the squad. Mohammad Nabi and Mohammad Shahzad will again be the afghan stars.

Bangladesh:
Much of the Bangladeshi team shall remain same with the notable exception of Mustafizur who has been ruled out of the series due to IPL injury. Abul Hasan replaced him in the squad.
