The African cup of nations has now reached it’s Semifinals stage and four strong teams remain in the competition. The second semi final will be played between Algeria and Nigeria.
Algeria have been dominant in this tournament and only conceded their first goal against Ivory Coast in the quarter final. Till the quarterfinal game they were winning their games comfortably but the quarter final game was a huge test of their characters which they passed with flying colors.
Nigeria, on the other hand beat a lower ranked South Africa in the quarter final by 2-1 and will be feeling very confident in this game having managed to peak at the right time, however Algeria offer a whole new level of difficulty and they will be expecting a tough game.
