Germany will be missing out on the services of Toni Kroos in midfield. The 29-year-old sustained an injury in Real Madrid’s win against Granada at the weekend.

Talisman, Lionel Messi is not a part of the squad due to suspension which he received due to his comments post-Argentina’s exit in the Copa America.

Sergio Aguero and Angel Di Maria haven’t been included in the squad either but will be replaced by Paulo Dybala, Roberto Pereyra, and Erik Lamela.

Mancunian neighbours, Nicolas Otamendi and Marcos Rojo are likely to pair in central defence.

With Sergio Romero not available, Marchesin is the possible candidate to keep between the sticks for Argentina.
