Hello and Welcome to our preview for Bangladesh vs West Indies match. We are covering BAN vs WI 1st T20 Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the T20I match. The match is to be played at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

Bangladesh won the ODI Series by 2-1 and will hope to continue the momentum in the T20I series as well. They defeated Windies at their home in a T20I series earlier this year and will expect to repeat their heroics. And they will field a similar squad being the only change is Mashrafe Mortaza’s absence and Shakib Al Hasan will lead the side. They will hope to take advantage of home conditions and capitalize on their momentum to defeat the reigning T20 champions.

West Indies are having a disappointing tour of Bangladesh as they have lost both Tests as well as ODI Series. They were defeated by 2-1 in the ODI Series. With the availability of Evin Lewis, Nicholas Pooran, S Cottrell and Kesrick Williams, They will hope to come all guns blazing in their favorite limited overs format. The form of Shai Hope will also motivate them to give a tough challenge to Bangladesh Team.

Bangladesh:

They have declared 14-man squad for the three matches T20I series.

Shakib Al Hasan suffered a foot injury in nets but Bangladesh head coach Steve Rhodes said there is nothing to worry about so he is likely to play this match.

One among M Mithun and Ariful Haque will play.

There can be a choice between M Saifuddin and Abu Hider Rony. M Saifuddin is likely to get the edge.

Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das will open the innings. Soumya Sarkar, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib-Al-Hasan and Mahmudullah will follow them.

Rubel Hossain and Mustafizur Rahman will be the key pacers while Mehidy Hasan and Shakib will lead the spin attack.

Nazmul Islam can also come into contention if pitch supports spin bowlers more.

West Indies:

They have announced the 15-man squad for the T20I series.

One among Kesrick Williams and Sheldon Cottrell will play. Chances of Williams are more. Khary Pierre also has chance as pitch is supportive of spinners.

In form Sherfane Rutherford can replace Rovman Powell who has failed to deliver for the team.

Evin Lewis and Shai Hope can open the innings. Shimron Hetmyer, Darren Bravo and Nicholas Pooran will follow them.

Carlos Brathwaite, Fabian Allen and Keemo Paul will play the role of allrounders.

Fabian Allen will be the key spinner while C Braithwaite, K Williams and Keemo Paul or Oshane Thomas will lead the pace attack.
