After becoming an affiliate member of the ICC in 1991, The Germany Cricket team will be playing their first ever T20I series against Belgium which will commence from 11th of May. The Germans will be touring Belgium for a 3 match T20I series and all the matches will be played at the Royal Brussels Cricket Ground in Brussels.
Meanwhile, Belgium Cricket who became the associate member of ICC in the year 2005 will be raring to go as they are hosting Germany for their first T20I series ever. They have played some good cricket in the past and have had success as well. Their biggest accolade being the winner of ICC World Cricket League 8 qualifier in the year 2012.
The first day will see the opening two T20Is taking place as the first game is scheduled to take place at 2:30 PM IST followed by the second game at 06:30 PM IST, whereas, the second day will witness the third T20I which is scheduled to take place at 2:00 PM IST.
