DER vs CHL Dream11 Match Preview

DER vs CHL Dream11 Match Prediction: Time is a luxury both teams can ill-afford at this stage in the Championship season where every game can have a huge impact on either team’s end position. A lot was expected from Derby County after their deep run in the Championship playoffs last season, where they lost only in the final against Aston Villa, who are plying their trade amongst the big boys these days.
That was the once in a generation kind of game for the club and its players, and who knows, by the way, had Derby won, Frank Lampard may have stayed, along with his Chelsea on-loan contingent.
Derby failed to recapture its last season’s form. In fact, they have been so poor all season that they find themselves at 20th position on the table, with no win in the last seven games.
Charlton Athletic, meanwhile, have a totally different set of targets after earning promotion from League One in the summer. Needless to say that their main target this season is to avoid the drop, and surviving the first-season hurdle. In that regard, they are better, sitting seven points above the relegation zone having played a game less than the rivals.

DER vs CHL Dream11 | Team News

Derby County

Derby’s patchy form could be down to the long injury list, and it’s not easing by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, Philipp Cou will be without one more key player in the form of Tom Lawrence, who is suspended due to the accumulation of yellow cards.
In terms of existing absentees, Graeme Shinnie (hamstring), George Evans (calf), Tom Huddlestone (hamstring), Mason Bennett (ankle), Matt Clarke (knee), and Ikechi Anya (calf) will miss the game for the Rams.
That said, the host will have left-back Scott Malone available for selection after following a suspension. Malone will face competition from Max Lowe for a spot in the starting 11.

Charlton Athletic

Charlton are not luckier either for they are also without key first-team players, and none more than the in-form striker Jonathan Leko, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to anterior cruciate ligament injury.
While Jake Forster-Caskey, Josh Cullen, Beryam Kayal, Chuks Aneke, Jonny Williams, Sam Field, Tomer Hemed, George Lapslie, Lewis Page and Ben Amos are on Charlton’s injury list as well.

Grand League tips:
Considering how both the teams have been playing of late, a clean sheet for either team looks unlikely here.
Martyn Waghorn has been Derby’s talisman this season and could be the safest option here.

Surely into football, kicked it for a while, and now beholding! Follows American sports, especially the NBA. And I believe Stephen Curry is under-rated as was Steven Gerrard.
