The series comes as a dress rehearsal for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifiers which is slated to start from October 18.

Both the sides Oman and Hong Kong have not been doing well in the T20s and will look to gain some momentum ahead of the Qualifiers. The hosts have managed only one win in their last eight T20 outings while Hong Kong has been able to win only two of the last 11 T20s.
