The third test between India and South Africa will be played on October 19th(Saturday) at JSCA International Stadium Complex at Ranchi.

• No changes are expected in the Indian set-up
• Pace bowler Umesh Yadav was brought into the side in place of all-rounder Hanuma Vihari in the last match. Yadav performed well is likely to retain his place.
• W Saha will keep the gloves.
• Ashwin-Jadeja alliance is expected to get another go while Kuldeep Yadav might have to warm the bench again.
• Kuldeep Sharma can come inpace of Ishant Sharma for the final test.
• Kuldeep Yadav, Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill are waiting in the reserves but we don’t think any of them will get picked for this game.

• The Proteas might tweak a bit, especially in the bowling unit
• Temba Bavuma has got the backing and is expected to feature again.
• Aiden Markram and spinner Keshav Maharaj have been ruled out of the third test with shoulder and wrist injuries respectively.
• Keshav can be replaced with left-arm spinner George Linde or Dane Peidt while Markram can open the door for Zubyr Hamza or Heinrich Klaasen.

Dean Elgar would be the biggest hope for African at the top order. Elgar scored a ton in the first test (160 runs) and scored 48 in his last innings. He averages 40 in the format. 

K Rabada has done pretty well in this series with four wickets in two matches. Now the world second best bowling is expected to trouble the Indian batsmen. 

Q de Kock smashed 111 in the first match and 31 in the second. de Kock can be reliable if he stays on the crease for long. 

Fantasy players from India: 

Top-order has been impressing us with their skill sets. Rohit and M Agarwal have been outstanding so far but the skipper Virat Kohli was lethal to the bowlers in the last test as he scored unbeaten 254. 

C Pujara has scored unbeaten 81 and 58 runs in his previous two innings. Let me remind you, He has a double century in the only test match he has played at this venue,

R Jadeja has been impressive with the bat in this series with scores of 30 not-out, 40 and 91. He also is the leading wicket-taker with 10 Wickets in his pocket.
