Sacramento Kings vs Indiana Pacers 2019 FIBA World Cup Match Preview

In the first-ever NBA games in India, Sacramento Kings will play Indiana Pacers in one of the two pre-season games to be played in India, at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium.

It’s no secret Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadive played a huge role in bringing the game to India. It was his long-cherished dream to play the sport in the city he was born ever since he took over Kings in 2013.

“It’s been a long journey, but the NBA has kept its promise to me,” 61-year-old Randive was quoted as saying.

“I can’t even tell you how incredible and exciting that is. It’s beyond my wildest dreams.”

But don’t take the game lightly, for it’s anything else but a pre-season exhibition match, only being held on the uncharted territories for the new market.

Because both the teams are looking for a strong pre-season to take the momentum back into the all-important 2019-20 NBA regular season.

Surely into football, kicked it for a while, and now beholding! Follows American sports, especially the NBA. And I believe Stephen Curry is under-rated as was Steven Gerrard.
