After winning their first game against Odisha FC, Jamshedpur will be taking on Hyderabad FC who is on the back of a 5-0 thumping against ATK.

Henceforth, Hyderabad has another difficult away game at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. Jamshedpur FC on the other end will look to make it two wins out of two.

Match Details

Jamshedpur FC

Antonio Irondo will be without Bikash Jairu who was sent off in the first half in the 2-1 win against Odisha. Keeping that aside, Irondo should persist with a similar lineup. However, Jitendra Singh and Narender Gehlot could come in to support in defence, whereas Aitor Monroy should be back in central midfield. Choudhary, Piti and Jhadav should come in to provide assistance to Castel upfront.

Hyderabad FC

Phil Brown’s side will want to redeem themselves after the 5-0 defeat and could shuffle the shape and the lineup. Marko Stankovic should be made available in midfield and will have the onus of creating chances for his forwards. Laldanmawia Ralte came off the bench in the first game but could be in the starting eleven against Jamshedpur FC in place of Nikhil Poojary.

Sergio Castel scored the winner against Odisha FC and will be looking to get his name on the scoresheet in the upcoming game as well.

Piti was a vital cog in midfield for Jamshedpur in the last game and secured 43 successful passes which were the most by any player. During that process, Piti also bagged himself an assist.

Marcelo Pereira had the most number of goals and assists for FC Pune City last season and should be expected to make an impact this season for Hyderabad as well. Pereira had six goals and four assists in 14 games in 2018-19.
