KAZ vs JOR Dream11: It’s a battle between the top two teams as Kazakhstan lay hosts to Jordan in the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 qualifying match at Republican Velodrome Saryark on Monday night (IST).
Jordan and Kazakhstan are seeded first and second in Group F and are one of the highest-ranked Asian teams in this competition. Jordan are ranked 37 in the latest FIBA rankings and are the 7th best Basketball team in Asia, while Kazakhstan are 75 in the world and 14 in Asian rankings.
As expected, Jordan made a perfect start to the campaign after winning 100-45 against Sri Lanka, while Kazakhstan also did the same but had to dig deep as Palestine ran them closer than expected. In the end, they won 79-76 and now will be playing for the top spot in Group F.
Its’s worth mentioning that the top-two teams from each group will get a direct spot at the FIBA Asia Cup 2021, while the best third-placed teams from each group will have to go through another round.
