Olympiacos hit the road for an away game in EuroLeague as they face Spanish outfit Saski Baskonia in round four at Fernando Buesa Arena in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.
Baskonia ended their four-game skid with an 84-73 victory over Real Betis in Liga ACB and moved into top half of the table. But there is no denying that Baskonia are having a very poor season, which reflects from their position on the table both in EuroLeague and Liga ACB. If the results don’t improve, there is every chance that Baskonia may miss out on EuroLeague next season.
Olympiacos, meanwhile, have not been at their usual high standards for some time now. The Greek giants are propping up the table in Greek A2 Basketball League, while they have already conceded their Greek Basketball League title to AEK.
