The all important clash between Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore and Eoin Morgan led Kolkata Knight Riders is set to take place in Abu Dhabi in the 39th match of this edition of IPL. RCB are high on confidence after a AB de Villiers masterclass in Dubai against RR in their last league game.

KKR have just found out the winning mantra as they decided to play 2 fast bowlers for the first time in this year’s campaign and it paid off big time for them as they returned to the winning ways with a win against SRH where they defeated the orange army in super over.
Both the teams will be looking to make some changes to their side and here are the expected changes.

Will Moeen Ali find a place in the playing11?

Moeen Ali is a proper utility cricketer who has all the skillsets required for a middle order batsman in T20s. Considering the fragility of RCB’s middle order which is quite heavily dependent on AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli might want to bring in the all-rounder Moeen Ali in place of Isuru Udana who gives that extra cushion to their batting lineup.

RCB Predicted XI
Aaron Finch, Devdutt Padikkal, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Moeen Ali, Gurkeerat Mann Singh, Chris Morris, Washington Sundar,Shahbaz Ahmed, Navdeep Saini, Yuzvendra Chahal

Sunil Narine to make his comeback?

Sunil Narine last played in the cliffhanger against KXIP where he helped KKR to win by a margin of a run. He was warned for suspect action after that game and since then, he was left out of the squad.

Now that, he is cleared to bowl, and the warnings on his action have been lifted, he might well replace the injured Andre Russell in the playing11. Though, Andre Russell has been KKR’s best death overs specialist in this season, his batting has been awful. KKR might not mind this change as Sunil Narine has already won them 2 games on his own in this season.

KKR Predicted XI
Rahul Tripathi, Shubman Gill, Nitish Rana, Eoin Morgan, Dinesh Karthik, Sunil Narine, Pat Cummins, Shivam Mavi, Lockie Ferguson, Kuldeep Yadav, Varun Chakravarthy.
