The controversial Indian pacer and 2 time world cup winning fast bowler Sreesanth is back as his restrictions on playing cricket have been lifted by BCCI. The pacer who is giving interviews all around on his comeback to cricket has picked the best captain among Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni in his latest interview.
When a question was posed to Sreesanth to pick the better captain between the current Indian captain and the former Indian captain MS Dhoni, the aggressive pacer picked the captain under whom he won 2 world cup titles, MS Dhoni.
The captaincy of MS Dhoni brought a new chapter in Indian cricket as he changed the face of Indian cricket after the 2007 world cup debacle. He took charge as the captain of the T20I team and within next 6 years, India had all the trophies in their cabinet that included 3 ICC trophies as well.
Meanwhile the current Indian captain and the #1 batsman in limited overs cricket Virat Kohli has been an inspiring captain in the longer format of the game but he is yet to succeed in the white ball cricket. He missed 2 great opportunities in the champions trophy in 2017 and the world cup last year where India failed to lift the cup even after reaching the final and the semi final of the event respectively.
When the host asked about the regime of Sreesanth in the quarantine period where there isn’t any activities, the owner of the picture perfect seam presentation replied that he has become a painter these days and also said that he loves the interior decorations. He further added that he urges his kids to assist him in the household activities during this tough period.
S Sreesanth has been cleared to represent the Kerala state team in the upcoming Ranji trophy which will mark the return of the cricketer after 7 years.
