Melbourne Renegades are fourth on the points table with six wins and four losses. They have won their last four matches and will hope to continue their streak ahead with the finals approaching. They defeated Brisbane Heat by 25 runs in their last encounter. Batting first, S Molineux and D Wyatt played brilliant knocks of 50 and 45 respectively to lead the team to a total of 143. Lea Tahuhu and M Brown bowled lethal spell taking three wickets each while Molineux took two wickets to provide a 25-run win to the team. S Molineux has bragged three consecutive players of the match awards and is in her best form with the bat as well as the ball.

Sydney Thunder is having a good season and is second on the points table with eight wins and three losses. They defeated Melbourne Stars by 5 runs in their last encounter. Batting first, They could only score 122 runs with N Carey being the top scorer for her unbeaten 32-run knock. Maisy Gibson and N Carey defended the low total taking three and two wickets respectively. They will hope to continue the winning momentum ahead.

They have announced unchanged 13 women squad for tomorrow’s encounter.

T Vlaeminck will miss the remainder of WBBL due to a knee injury.

Danielle Wyatt and Sophie Molineux will open the innings. J Duffin, A Satterthwaite C Kioski and E Inglis will follow them. C Webb will play the role of finisher.

G Wareham, Sophie Molineux and M Strano will be the key spinners along with Amy Satterthwaite while M Brown and L Tuhahu will spearhead the pace attack.

They are likely to go with unchanged playing XI.

Sydney Thunder :

They have declared 13 women squad for the match. H Darlington has been removed from the squad.

Rachel Priest and Rachel Haynes will open the innings. Naomi Stalenberg, H Kaur, Alex Blackwell and S Taylor will follow them.
