Hello and Welcome to our preview for Melbourne Stars vs Brisbane Heat match. We are covering MS-W vs BH-W Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the Women’s Big Bash League 2018-19 match. The match is to be played at The Gabba.

Melbourne Stars are not having a good season and have won only four matches out of their twelve matches. They lost their last match to Sydney Thunder by 5 runs. Bowling first, They restricted Thunder at 122 with help of economical bowling from their bowlers especially Alana King and A Sutherland who took two wickets each. However, They failed to chase the low target and were left behind by 5 runs. Angela Reakes and Mignon Du Preez were the only positive scoring 33 and 25 respectively. Their last victory came six matches back and are in utmost need to play their remaining two matches with a confident approach to end the season on a good note despite no chance to qualify to playoffs.

Brisbane Heat are third on the points table with seven wins and five losses. They lost their last match to Melbourne Renegades by 25 runs. Bowling first, They failed to put a good show leading to a target of 144 runs. Delissa Kimmince and Sane Luus could only get a wicket each. Chasing the target, Their strong batting order collapsed at 118 runs and Beth Mooney was the only performer scoring 44 runs. They will hope to get a victory in remaining two matches and keep the momentum on their side before the knockout matches.

Melbourne Stars:

They have announced 13 women squad for the match. Georgia Elwiss will not play remaining matches due to ECB commitments. Kiwi wicket-keeper Katey Martin replaces her in the squad and will directly come in the playing XI.

Place of Nicole Faltum is very risky as Katey Martin will take the wicket-keeping duties. Kristen Beams if fit will replace Nicole Faltum otherwise Chloe Rafferty can also play.

Elly Donald and Makinley Blows are also removed from the squad.

Lizelle Lee and A Reakes will open the innings. Mignon du Preez, Katey Martin, Erin Osborne and Katie Mack will follow them.

N Hancock and Holly Ferling will spearhead the pace attack along with A Sutherland. Erin Osborne and Alana King will be the key spinners.

Brisbane Heat:

They have declared unchanged 13 women squad for the match.

Haidee Birkett did not play last two matches due to illness and is likely to return in the playing XI replacing G Prestwidge.

Beth Mooney, Kirby Short and J Dooley will be the key batsmen. L Harris will play the role of finisher.

Grace Harris, Sammy-Jo Johnson, Delissa Kimmince, Sane Luus and Jess Jonassen will play the role of an allrounder.

Jemma Barsby, Delissa Kimmince, Grace Harris and Sammy-Jo Johnson will be the key pacers. Jess Jonassen and Sane Luus will be the key spinner.
