NEUFC currently resides at the 4th spot with five points, whereas, Hyderabad FC occupies the 9th spot with three points on board.

Hyderabad FC Team News
Hyderabad will be without Rafael Lopez and Bobo who have sustained injuries. Sahil Panwar was not named in the squad that took on Kerala Blasters due to an injury and is likely to miss out against NorthEast United as well. Adil Khan’s availability also remains in doubt. Nestor Gordillo is suspended for the Wednesday clash. Robin Singh hasn’t been sharp in attack and could pair up with Marcelinho upfront as a change in tactic.
NorthEast United Team News
Rupert Nongrum and Federico Gallego are out of contention due to injuries. Heerings Kai, is expected to start at the back four for the Highlanders. Martin Chaves and Asamoah Gyan should be in charge of the attack.
Hyderabad FC- Kamaljit Singh, Gurtej Singh, Matthew Kilgallon, Mohammed Yasir, Adil Khan, Nikhil Poojary, Marko Stankovic, Rohit Kumar, Marcelo Pereira, Abhishek Halder, Robin Singh
NorthEast United- Subhasish Roy, Reegan Singh, Heerings Kai, Mislav Komorski, Rakesh Pradhan, Milan Singh, Jose Leudo, Redeem Tlang, Nikhil Kadam, Martin Chaves, Asamoah Gyan
Marcelo Pereira has been one of the star players in ISL for quite a while now. Hyderabad FC will be reliant on the Brazilian to score a few in the next game as well and has two goals from three games this season.
Marko Stankovic has made 166 successful passes in the three games which are the most by any player from Hyderabad FC this season.
For NorthEast United, Asamoah Gyan has been the main man going forward. Gyan just like Marcelo Pereira has scored two goals from three games so far.
Redeem Tlang has looked sharp while going forward and has a goal to his name this season. Apart from that, Tlang has made 103 successful passes which are the most by any NEUFC player this season.
Hyderabad FC with Marcelinho upfront will be high in confidence after a big win against Kerala Blasters at home. However, NorthEast United’s attacking prowess might prove enough to get a goal or two and win the game.
