Hello and Welcome to our preview for Northern Knights vs Canterbury Kings match. We are covering NK vs CTB Dream 11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the Super Smash 2018-19 match. The match is to be played at the Seddon Park, Hamilton.

It is a virtual mismatch on the cards. Northern Knights is a strong unit and dominate the points table with five wins from their six matches. They are now further boosted by returning New Zealand cricketers. Canterbury is striving hard to keep themselves alive, they have only one win from their five matches.

Northern Knights will be leading into this match with their unbeaten streak of four matches. Despite losing their major players, they have been consistent. Nick Kelly (45) and Daryl Mitchell (49) helped them raise 157 against Wellington. Kyle Abbott, D Mitchell and Corey Anderson picked two wickets each and helped NK to a 12-run win.

Canterbury, on the other hand, suffered their third consecutive loss as they lost by six wickets against Central Stags. They posted only 112/8 batting first with Astle, Carter and Jamieson making late contributions. Jamieson bowled a splendid spell but the total was too small to defend.

They have declared their 13-man squad for the home game. Ish Sodhi, Tim Seifert, Scott Kuggeleijn and Mitchell Santner return to the squad.

Nick Kelly will open the inning alongside Tim Seifert. Seifert will replace Peter Bocock as wicketkeeper.

Dean Brownlie has missed out two matches due to back niggle. He should play in this match.

Daryl Mitchell, Corey Anderson, Mitchell Santner are the all-rounders in the middle order. One of Daniel Flynn and Brett Hampton will play.

Todd Astle will be the spinner. Jamieson, Henry and Will Williams or Nuttall form the three-pronged pace attack. Jamieson is the leading wicket-taker of Super Smash so far.
