Portland Trail Blazers vs Detroit Pistons team news:

Jusuf Nurkic remains out of contention as well as he continues to recover from a leg injury, while Rodney Hood is out with a long-term Achilles tendon injury, and Zach Collins‘ season was cut short by a shoulder injury and he remains out at the moment. Mario Hezonja is also missing from the roster due to an ankle injury.

Portland Trail Blazers vs Detroit Pistons starting five:

Portland Trail Blazers: Trevor Ariza, Carmelo Anthony, Hassan Whiteside, CJ McCollum, Gary Trent Jr
Detroit Pistons: Sekou Doumbouya, Tony Snell, Thon Maker, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk, Derrick Rose

Grand League tips:

  • With Damian Lillard missing out on this game due to an injury, Hassan Whiteside should be considered as the first option to go with, in Dream11 Small League competitions. His two-way approach guarantees points in abundance.
  • That said, CJ McCollum will have his say in the offence. He is after all the second-best offensive player for the Blazers this season and the best on Portland’s active roster.
  • From Pistons, Derrick Rose should be your first choice. If not as a captain, but he should be on your team for he can produce good numbers.
  • Another player to consider for your team is Carmelo Anthony. He has been very good since joining the Blazers. He is averaging 15.2 points per game.
