On the other hand, England’s strength is the powerful batting unit of Jason Roy, Jonny Bairstow, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan, Jos Buttler who all are match winners and can do anything on their day and then in the bowling Chris Woakes, Mark Wood and Adil Rashid have been top class for a long time and youngsters Olly Stone and Reece Topley too have a lot of talent.
Weaknesses :
South Africa’s weakness is their batting as the likes of Temba Bavuma, Janneman Malan and Reeza Hendricks haven’t played competitive cricket for a long time so they aren’t in rhythm. Captain de Kock throws his wicket even after getting a good start. And then in the bowling they are without injured Kagiso Rabada and it has weakened their bowling and neither they have a good finisher down the order.
On the other hand, England don’t have much weakness but they’re without Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer and Sam Curran for this series and it might affect their team balance a bit.
