SCO vs SL Dream11 First ODI Match Prediction | Scotland vs Sri Lanka

In a quest to prepare for the World Cup, Sri Lanka will be touring Scotland for 2-match ODI series which starts from May 18th at the Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh. The second and final match will also take place at this very venue on 21st May.

Dimuth Karunaratne who is appointed as the skipper of Sri Lanka for the World Cup will be leading this fairly young side for the first time and make sure they are on the right track for their World Cup preparations.

Scotland, on the other hand, playing at home will look to put up a good challenge against the visitors. They put up a great batting show in their last series against Afghanistan but lost the 2-match series 0-1 with the first match called-off due to persistent rain.

Scotland’s recent batting form has been terrific as they managed to pile up a score of 325 runs in the second ODI against Afghanistan but failed to defend the score with Rahmat Shah spoiling the party for them. With conditions almost similar to what they are going to get in the World Cup, Sri Lanka would be looking to get the winning momentum by their side before the elusive event.
