Shikhar Dhawan Reveals The Toughest Bowler Ever Faced

Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan has recently revealed the name if the toughest bowler he has faced during his entire career. During an Instagram Live session with Shreyas Iyer, Shikhar Dhawan revealed that South African pacer Dale Steyn is the toughest bowler to bat against.

What did Shikhar Dhawan Say?

Shreyas Iyer and Dhawan were talking through Instagram Live when Iyer asked the left-handed opener about the toughest bowler he has faced. The Southpaw took the name of none other than Dale Steyn and termed the South African pacer the most challenging bowler to bat against. It should not come as any surprise as Steyn is one of the best pace bowlers the world cricket has ever seen.

During the other parts of the conversation, the Delhi batsman made some interesting revelations. Shikhar Dhawan told Iyer that batting on turning wickets against off-spinners is also a very difficult task for him. Dhawan also revealed during the conversation that Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are his favorite actresses from Bollywood. The 34-years old batsman also stated that he is making the full use of the quarantine time by working on his other skills. He said that he is learning to play musical instruments especially the flute.

Dhawan on Musical Instruments

Indian opener said that learning something like playing a musical instrument is a good way to pass the time in quarantine. He also said that playing a musical instrument provides mental peace.
