Shoaib Akhtar wants Bollywood Superstar to play him in his Biopic

Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar has named the Bollywood actor fit to play his role in his Biopic. In a recent with IANS, Shoaib Akhtar revealed that Salman Khan is best suited to play his character in a Bollywood biopic of him.

What did Shoaib Akhtar say?

The former Pakistan speedster was in a conversation with IANS when he was asked which actor should play him if a biopic is made on his life. The 44-years old responded while the fans and filmmakers are best suited to make that decision, he would choose Bollywood superstar Salman Khan to play him on-screen. Akhtar further states that a movie could possibly be made over his life if people think his journey has been interesting and inspiring enough. He concluded his response by expressing his eagerness to see Salman Khan portraying his role in a biopic on the big screen.

Akhtar and Salman Khan share a good relationship –

Shoaib Akhtar shares a good relationship with Salman Khan. Akhtar has been seen visiting Salman’s house on various instances during his visits to India. A few years ago, Shoaib also expressed his disappointment openly, when Salman was arrested in the black bucks poaching case. Akhtar then wished Salman’s family all the best.

Shoaib Akhtar is a former pacer from Pakistan and he is regarded as the fastest bowler to grace the game of the cricket. The Rawalpindi express managed to pick 444 wickets across the various formats during his international career. He is now one of the most popular YouTubers from the cricketing fraternity with over 2 million subscribers. Salman Khan, on the other hand, is the biggest superstar in Bollywood. He is the biggest draw at the box-office at the moment and has been giving the superhits back-to-back. He has already played a sportsperson in a movie Sultan where he played the character of a wrestler. The movie also starred Indian skipper Virat Kohli‘s wife Anushka Sharma as the leading lady in the movie.
