IPL 2020 is one of the best cricketing platforms to get noticed.  BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has revealed the names of the youngsters who have impressed him with their performances in the ongoing edition of Indian Premier League.

Suryakumar Yadav is  one of the first names that comes to mind who has been very impressive. Apart from Mumbai Indians middle-order swashbuckler, Ganguly named Rajasthan Royals’ Sanju Samson, Kolkata Knight Riders’ Rahul Tripathi, Varun Chakravarthy, and Shubman Gill and Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman Devdutt Padikkal as the big successes of the IPL 2020.

Sourav Ganguly on Suryakumar’s absence from national squad

In the recently announced squads for India’s tour of Australia, Sanju Samson and Varun Chakravarthy have been named in India’s T20I side while Shubman Gill is named in the Test and the ODI sides.

On Suryakumar Yadav’s snub, Ganguly said, “he is a very good player. His time will come.” Suryakumar Yadav has already scored 410 runs this year with playoffs remaining, while his returns from previous two editions were 512 and 424 runs.
