India has been always known for unearthing quality spinner through their ranks. India also has been criticized largely for not developing fast bowlers over the years. There have been a very handful of Indian bowlers who could manage to hit in the late 140 KMPH. But in the past decade or so, India has found out and out fast bowlers who could hit consistently in the 140s with ease.

Tearaway quick makes ODI debut

One such Bowler who could hit consistently in the late 140s in Navdeep Saini. The tall Delhi boy has been the find for India in the last year or so. He has a very interesting background. He didn’t come through the ranks easily. He has to do all the hardships before coming here. He was largely supported by the Indian Ex player Gautam Gambhir during his initial playing days.

DEBUT AGAINST WEST INDIES

Navdeep Saini was given the chance to prove himself in the international arena when he made his debut against West Indies in West Indies in the shorter formats.

Navdeep Saini, who is playing his 1st one day against West Indies, has made an impressive start to his ODI career, where he has picked up 2  important wickets in the form of Hetmyer and Chase.

Here is what twitter had to react for Saini’s impressive ODI debut.

If Saini can keep up his pace and injury-free for the most part of his career, he can definitely turn into a lethal bowler for India in the near future.

IPL stint with RCB
He came into everybody’s radar when he played in the IPL 2019 for RCB. Under Virat Kohli, he was given full freedom and Kohli backed him well during the last season where he impressed everyone with his pace and accuracy. It is fair to say that he was the sole shining light for RCB in the bowling department in the previous season. He finished with 13 wickets in the last season and impressed everyone with his swinging abilities too. He bowled the hard overs for RCB, with Steyn being drafted into RCB squad last season in the latter half, he only got better bowling in tandem with Steyn.
