The 26-year-old pace sensation from Pakistan has made the cricket fans from all over the world to go in awe for his bowling, with his recent spell of 5 for 27 in the ongoing Big Bash season.

The Pakistani pacer first burst into the scene when he was picked by Lahore Qalandars in the PSL draft in 2018 season. Though he didn’t get much opportunity there, he caught everyone’s eyes with his raw pace and skiddy action.

Big Bash stint

Rauf was signed by Melbourne Stars for this season in Big Bash. He has been bowling accurate line and lengths and troubling batsmen in the first 2 matches of this season.

Haris Rauf picked up 5 wickets for 27 runs in his 4 overs against Hobart hurricanes and has totally destroyed the Hobart batting line up with his raw pace and accuracy.

Here is what twitter had to react for his sensational spells.

With Dale Steyn coming back to fitness and ready to be back in playing XI, this youngster is making himself a must in the playing XI. It will be interesting to see how the team management picks their playing XI once STEYN is ready to play as HARIS RAUF is putting up a show.

With T20 world cup happening in AUSTRALIA in less than a year from now, Pakistan will be keeping a close eye on him and they will be looking to draft him into the side as soon as possible if Haris keeps troubling batsmen like this.
