As all sports events gets cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, there is very little we get to see of India’s top cricket stars. However, MS  Dhoni’s makeup artist Sapna Bhavnani shared a throwback video where MS Dhoni’s daughter Ziva had turned into a make-up artist for her father when the India’s world cup winning skipper and his little princess had visited Mumbai recently for a photoshoot.

Ziva- the makeup artist

In the video, Ziva can be seen rubbing her dad’s chin and cheeks with the makeup brush as his hairstylist Sapna Moti Bhavnani keeps looking on.

“This has to be the cutest non makeup #makeuptutorial ever! I don’t think I will have a job left very soon! @mahi7781 miss you dost!” she said in her caption to the video in instagram.

The full video that was posted by Sapna Bhavnani on her Instagram and twitter account. She can be heard instructing Ziva on how to correctly apply makeup and giving her advice such as how to hold the brush. Her post on Instagram already has almost 15,000 views and nearly 4,000 likes.

Ziva is very popular in instagram. Her mother Sakshi Singh Dhoni posts most of Ziva’s pictures and activities on her instagram profile. Even though she is young, Ziva too has an instagram profile of her own.

Dhoni’s much awaited return

Captain cool has not played any professional cricket since the semi-final of the ICC World Cup in July 2019 against New Zealand. He was scheduled to return to the cricketing action and possibly stake a claim in the Indian team that was to travel to Australia for the T20 World Cup later in the year by playing for the Chennai Super Kings in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League.

However, the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in India has led to the start of the tournament being postponed to April 15. The new date itself is under doubt with a number of sporting tournaments around the world scheduled for April and later in the year getting postponed or cancelled.
