SEE PICS: MS Dhoni Turns Gardner Amid Coronavirus Lockdown

For those who are wondering what MS Dhoni is up to in this crunch time, his better-half Sakshi Dhoni just posted a pic on her official Instagram handle where MS Dhoni is seen mowing his lawn at his residence in Ranchi.

Not only his wife Sakshi, but also the official twitter handle of Chennai Super Kings posted Dhoni’s pick mowing his lawn with a caption, Lawn time, no see!#Thala #WhistlePodu

In the pic clicked by Sakshi, MS Dhoni can be seen wearing a blue sleeveless t-shirt and track pant while using a lawnmower with his residence’s motorbike garage in front of him.

As we all know, almost the entire nation is on lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the cricketers are finding different ways to keep themselves involved in different kinds of stuff. MS Dhoni who wasn’t in news for some time ever since the novel Coronavirus outbreak is now amidst the news courtesy his wife.

It is to be noted that MS Dhoni is on a prolonged absence from cricket ever since India’s World Cup semifinal ouster at the hands of New Zealand in July 2019. He was supposed to make a comeback into competitive cricket with the IPL, but the ever-increasing cases of COVID-19 across the country forced BCCI to postpone the IPL from March 29th.

With no specific date announced for the commencement of the IPL for this edition, MS Dhoni’s wait to return to competitive cricket is surely extended.

However, CSK were one of those teams who started their practice camp quite early and MS Dhoni was actively a part of the camp. Former Indian pacer and  CSK’s bowling coach Laxmipathy Balaji who had a close look at Dhoni at the training camp said;

“MS Dhoni was looking good, fit. He focussed on training just like he always does and was as normal as he has always been. He trained like the way he did last year or 2 years ago. There is nothing that changes when it comes to his preparation. His routine, his mindset, everything is the same,”
