DET vs PHI Dream11 Match Preview

The pre-season schedule continues as all the NBA teams look to go into the 2019-20 NBA regular season with their strongest possible roster. And these scrimmages allow the head-coaches to gauge the depth of the squad. Expect rotation here as well when Philadelphia 76ers host Detroit Pistons in the pre-season NBA exhibition game at Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia.

How both the teams have done in the pre-season so far?

Philadelphia 76ers have won both the games they played in this pre-season. The last season’s Eastern Conference beaten finalists were hardly tested in those games, beating both Charlotte Hornets and Orlando Magic by a combined margin of 45 points.

While Detroit Pistons have more practice games under their belts with the matchup against the 76ers their fourth match in the pre-season. Pistons opened their pre-season with a 91-115 defeat against Orlando Magic, but Dwane Casey would have hardly lost sleep over that result having used 17 players in that game. While Pistons have won the last two matches against Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Cavaliers.

DET vs PHI DREAM11 Team News:

Philadelphia 76ers –

Ben Simmons has been ruled out from this game after the Australian star felt a tightness in his game after the game against Orlando Magic. The 2018 NBA rookie of the year is joined by Al Horford on the sidelines, as the former Boston Celtics star has a scheduled rest day in the pre-season.

Philadelphia also confirmed that James Ennis III will be held out of this game due to precautionary measures. The former Houston Rockets forward is suffering from a right calf tightness.

Expect the players such as Kyle O’Quinn, Matisse Thybulle, Shake Milton and Jonah Bolden to get some minutes here.

Joel Embiid should be in the line-up as well having featured in the last game.

Philadelphia 76ers squad for the NBA Pre-Season 2019:

Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Al Horford, Tobias Harris, Josh Richardson, Mike Scott, Zhaire Smith, Matisse Thybulle, James Ennis, Jonah Bolden, Kyle O’Quinn, Raul Neto, Trey Burke, Shake Milton, Furkan Korkmaz, Norvel Pelle, Marial Shayok, Christ Koumadje, Isaiah Miles, Haywood Highsmith

Detroit Pistons –

Blake Griffin was held out in Friday’s preseason game against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to rest purposes but should return for the scrimmage against the 76ers.

Injury-plagued superstar Derrick Rose is fit these days and should get run-in in this match.

A lot was expected from rookie forward Sekou Doumbouya but his performances have left a lot to be desired. Expect Pistons to give him another chance here though.

In addition, Joe Johnson and Christian Wood fight to win the final 15th spot on the Pistons’ roster this season.

Surely into football, kicked it for a while, and now beholding! Follows American sports, especially the NBA. And I believe Stephen Curry is under-rated as was Steven Gerrard.
