Hello and Welcome to our preview for Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe match. We are covering BAN vs ZIM 2nd ODI Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the second ODI match. The match is to be played at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong.

Bangladesh completely dominated Zimbabwe in the first match and the series is likely to go in the same vein until Zimbabwe managed to deliver as a group. The African nation has an experienced lineup but they are not clicking collectively. The home team, Bangladesh, is comfortable on these tracks and will continue to hold the upper hand despite the absence of its stars.

Winning the toss, Bangladesh decided to bat first. It was the opener Imrul Kayes who held his own and batted through the inning with heaps of wickets falling at the other end. Kayes was out for 144 with only nine balls remaining in the inning. M Saifuddin scored a helpful 50 to get Bangladesh to the final score of 271/8. Jarvis picked up four wickets while Chatara dismissed three.

In reply, Zimbabwe started off the chase well. Both Masakadza and Zhuwao got off to good starts but failed to build on the score. Apart from Sean Williams, who scored a 50, no other Zimbabwean batsman showed a great intent of fight. Zimbabwe ended with 243/9 in 50 overs and conceded a 28-run defeat. Mehidy Hasan grabbed three wickets in the winning cause.

Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan will be missing the action in this series as well.
Rubel Hossain is fit but Bangladesh but may stay on the bench with three seamers already playing.
Captain M Mortaza has said “Mustafizur Rahman had a bit of niggle in his elbow, hence couldn’t use him much in first match”. If Fizz is fit then Bangladesh will probably go with the same playing XI otherwise Rubel Hossain takes Mustafizur’s place.

Zimbabwe:

Zhuwao did enough in the first ODI to keep Solomon Mire out of the team for this match as well.
Rest of the batting lineup looks settled and the coach Lalchand Rajput has spoken about trusting them to deliver.
Donal Tiripano was the only weak link in the bowling. He can be replaced by Richard Ngarava or W Masakadza.
If they want, can add Elton Chigumbura, who scored 47 runs in practice match against BCBXI.
