Hello and Welcome to our preview for India vs West Indies match. We are covering IND vs WI 2nd ODI Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the second ODI match. The venue for the match will be played at Dr. Y.S.R.R ACA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam.

India’s magical duo of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma completely bulldozed the Windies bowling unit and made the total of 323 look like it was 123. Both the Indian batsmen smashed spectacular centuries and the visitors were never in the game despite mounting up such a good first innings total.

Virat won the toss for India and inserted WI to bat first. Opener Kieron Powell launched an early attack and raced to 51 from 39 balls before being dismissed. After M Samuel’s early fall, Shimron Hetmyer assumed the run-scoring mantle with Hope standing support. Hetmyer scored a scintillating 106 from just 78 balls with 6 fours and 6 sixes. Valuable contributions from the tail carried WI to the final score of 322/8. The Indian seamers were in for a punishment while Chahal dazzled with the spell of 3/41.

Debutant Oshane Thomas impressed early with his speed and dismissed Shikhar Dhawan in the second over of the match. Virat Kohli then walked out to the crease and ruled from there onwards. The Delhi batsman was in his own sublime touch and kept sending the ball regularly over the boundary ropes. Rohit Sharma picked up late but handed out an even severe beating to the WI bowlers. The match was finally over with 47 balls remaining. Kohli was sent back on 140 while Rohit remained not out on 152.

Shardul Thakur was ruled out from the series, Umesh Yadav is his replacement.
The 12-man squad has been announced for this match as well and it is unchanged from the last match.
KL Rahul and Manish Pandey will once again be missing out from the action.
India is focussing on its preparation for the World Cup and hence all three seamers, despite their poor performance in the first match, are likely to receive another chance to prove themselves.
Kuldeep Yadav was omitted from the playing XI in the first ODI, may come in for Jadeja.

West Indies:

Both Chris Gayle and Evin Lewis will not be participating in this tour and Windies will miss them sorely.
WI team had two ODI debutants in the last match – Opener C Hemraj and fast bowler O Thomas. Thomas impressed in his opening spell while Hemraj should also get another chance.
