Hello and Welcome to our preview for Melbourne Renegades vs Sydney Thunder match. We are covering MLR vs SDT Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the Big Bash League 2018-19 match. The match is to be played at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne.

Melbourne Renegades are third on the points table with seven wins and five losses. They won their last match against Perth Scorchers by 78 runs. Batting first, Mackenzie Harvey and Sam Harper played good knocks of 38 and 37 respectively to give a target of 158 to Scorchers. Daniel Christian took four wicket haul while Chris Tremain and Cameron Boyce took three and two wickets respectively to collapse Scorchers at 79 runs and thus provide a comfortable 78-run victory to the team. They will hope to give a tough challenge to Sydney Thunder.

Sydney Thunder is fifth on the points table with five wins and five losses. They won their last match against Perth Scorchers by 6 wickets. Bowling first, They restricted Scorchers at 181 with Chris Green being top performer taking two scalps. Callum Ferguson played a match-winning knock of 113* runs in 53 balls and was supported by Matt Gilkes who scored 51 runs to successfully chase the target. They will hope to continue the momentum and find a place in top four teams by defeating Renegades tomorrow.

A good match can be expected between both teams.

Melbourne Renegades:

They have announced 13 men squad for the match with two changes. Jack Wildermuth and Jon Holland replace Joe Mennie and Cameron White in the squad.

Jack Wildermuth will most probably replace injured Cameron White in the playing XI. Beau Webster also has a slight chance.

Aaron Finch will open the innings along with M Harvey. Sam Harper and Tom Cooper will follow them. Mohammad Nabi and Dan Christian will play the role of allrounders.

Kane Richardson, Chris Tremain and Harry Gurney will be the key pacers along with Dan Christian while C Boyce and M Nabi will lead the spin attack.

Sydney Thunder:

They have announced 13-men squad for the match. Jono Cook and Arjun Nair are recalled replacing Sam Rainbird and Matt Gilkes.

Wicket-keeper Baxter Holt is set to debut as Matt Gilkes got injured in the last match.

There is a slight chance of Cook or Nair coming in place of McAndrew.

There is confusion between opening position. Either Baxter Holt will open the innings or Anton Devcich can be the opener along with Watson.

Shane Watson and Baxter Holt can open the innings. Callum Ferguson, Anton Devcich and Jason Sangha will follow them. Daniel Sams and Chris Green will play the role of finisher.

Daniel Sams and Chris Jordan will lead the pace attack along with G Sandhu while Chris Green and Fawad Ahmed will be the key spinners. A Devcich can support them.
